Robert D. Linscott
Every day of Rob’s professional career has been spent helping individuals with disability claims. He joined Dennis Jennings in 1991 after completing law school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Rob is passionate about his work. His clients will tell you that he is concerned, encouraging, honest, and has a great sense of humor. For Rob, it is more than a client-attorney relationship…it is a partnership.
Rob became a member of the Kansas Bar in 1991 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Kansas. He is a long time member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives.
He is married, has two sons and coaches baseball and flag football in his free time.
Scott C. Cutter
Scott understands government bureaucracy and advocates robustly for clients’ rights. Before joining the Law Firm of Dennis W. Jennings in 1993, he was employed by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Division of Legal Services as a hearing officer.
Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, his clients enjoy his Southern charm, wit and kindness. Scott earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri in May 1990.
Scott is a member of the Missouri Bar and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He is admitted and licensed to practice in both the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals.
When he’s not working, he enjoys time with his wife and two children.
